These exercises are designed to energize, clear and purify your physical, emotional and mental energy bodies.
Do a minimum of 10 repetitions each. Do these as often as you choose during the day.
Breathe in through your nose, and out through your mouth
Keep your knees slightly bent.
These exercises will assist you in developing self mastery and they will teach you when and how to use them.
Here are some suggestions.
Do these exercises at the start of your day.
Do these exercises if you are feeling stressed.
Do these exercises when you are confused or emotional.
Do these exercises when you are feeling angry.
Do not do these exercises while driving. :-)
